Farm Fresh vs BK

It was bound to happen. Even though it seemed unlikely, we lost. The mighty BK Clan from parts in Asia unknown taught us a valuable lesson. We need to respect the clan castles and to look before we leap. Although we out attacked BK 70-61, we still lost by 16 because we only managed 1.21 stars per attack. In other words, they took us to school.

The good news is that I feel that this loss was exactly what our clan needed. We learned something and I think we all got better. We can't expect to win them all, but we can expect to learn from our losses and to get better.

It wasn't all doom and gloom though. We did have some bright spots with our six star folks. The following people all receive high fives for their stellar contributions:

6 Stars:

big joe
KUNZAAL
Steven
mady
frankie

Of course, there were some no shows once again. I can say that those no shows did hurt us for sure. Here is the list from the hall of shame:

No Attacks:

devil heal
suresh
Mav
Socks
yoloswagg
vladutius
kingphua
xICONx
mdt5154
Ali

Count 'em. That's ten people who didn't attack once. That's twenty attacks just hanging. We could have been a somebody! Don't worry folks. Next war we will do better.

Farm Fresh vs Swag Mafia

Six wins and zero losses! Swag Mafia delivered the toughest opponent we have faced yet, but they were still no match for the mighty Farm Fresh Clan.

The score board registered a whopping thirty-seven star margin of victory. Which was more than enough to put a hit on the mafia. They were the most active clan we have faced to date, and that meant they were able grab a respectable forty-six stars from us, but, thanks in large part to holding them under one star per attack, we were able to still make it look relatively easy.

Yoloswag, ironically (swag in his name), had the most heroic attack against the Swag Mafia and mdt5154 had the most heroic defense. Additionally, we had several standouts who recorded six stars for us this war, and they are:

big joe
d wina
sophia
shawn

However, the news wasn't all bright. We did have many folks who did not use either of their war attacks and they are:

devil heal
Mav
Cameron02979
rachelle
Socks
VarisDravnyea
xICONx
lex

We are really going to have to step up our game in future wars. With eight people not even attacking once, that means we had sixteen unused attacks from just them. When we hit a solid, active clan--it won't be pretty.

Thanks again for all of you who used your attacks and helped the team bring home the war bonus and we look forward to the next war.

Farm Fresh vs Molise

Another war in the books and another victory for the Farm Fresh Clan! That's 5 wins and 0 losses for those of you math challenged folks out there.  The Molise Clan came into this war with 10 previous victories--a solid total for sure. However, not unlike the other clans, they found out rather quickly that they weren't going against the average, everyday clan.

Early on, we took a quick 20 star lead and due in part to many 3 star victories (24) and solid participation (53 attacks)--we never looked back. We finished the clan war with an impressive sixty-three star margin of victory. That is the equivalent in basketball of having the varsity high school squad scrimmage the middle school team--and the varsity putting in a couple of the team managers at the end to let the middle-schoolers score a few. It was embarrassing--for them. Granted, they weren't as bad as Yala (insert laughter), but Molise was still pretty lame.

I would like to give a shout out to all our six star attackers:

rainyfan71
skullking1234
shawn
Steven
frankie
xICONx

Thank you for all your awesomeness!

I can't say the war was picture perfect either. We still had some no shows and our participation was just okay. Once we go up against a really active clan we are going to be in trouble unless we get our attacks into the 60s. We did get to 53 which is something, but I know we can do better. Here's a list of those who didn't hold up their end of the bargain:

devil heal
austin (left the clan)
burney (kicked)
vba (kicked)
vladutius
jjcXcdsa (left the clan)
Yakub
kingphua
lex

Count them. That's nine that didn't attack once. Meaning we left eighteen attacks out there. That could have gotten our total up into the 60s easily if those folks were laying the smack down. Some of the folks left during the war, for some this is the first time they missed a war--which is alright, and for the others--yeah, they're kicked.

We have cleaned up things a bit and brought in some new blood--more active folks. We have a great shot of bringing in a new record of attacks. Personally, I am really hoping we get to the 60 attack mark this war. Good luck in the next war Farm Fresh members and we will see you around the clan chat.

Farm Fresh vs Yala

in·ept - having or showing no skill; clumsy (see Yala Clan from Clash of Clans)

To say the victory we enjoyed versus the Yala clan was lopsided is an overwhelming understatement. Yala had ten victories before running head on into the juggernaut which is Farm Fresh. From now on the term 'Yala' takes on a new meaning. Yala will now be forever synonymous with something inferior, bad or stinky. For instance, "I think you stepped in Yala." Or, "Epic Yala" (whereas Yala has replaced fail).

Let's review some of the details. The final tally was 92-7. For every attack they won; they lost three.

In football, that would be the equivalent of a team being so overwhelming outmatched that they had to wait for the other team to go through their entire bench, their coaching staff, their band and their cheerleaders, before finally finding their sweet spot to score against the lowly mascot.

Some more stats. Here are our 6 star folks:

big joe
devil heal
skullking234
Maxdrafter
MichaelBoritz
Socks
sophia
shawn
King X

Congrats on a job well done sixers!

On the down side, we did have eight inactives for the war which probably cost us from getting to my personal goal of getting to 60 attacks. We will continue to thin those who don't attack out so that we are even more productive with each passing war.

Another amazing stat from the war was that Yala had 24 total attacks but only had 7 stars! This is mind boggling. They were averaging less than .3 stars per attack. How is that possible?! It's just laughable. However, on the flipside that means we had some solid defense--which is braggable. Although we can't get to sure of ourselves. I really think it was less our defense and more that they clearly had no idea what they were doing. So, we really do owe them all the credit. Their attacks, upon replay viewing, were like a "How not to attack" manual for Clash of Clans. You know it's bad when their 19th ranked player attacked our 36th ranked player...and lost.

Let's not settle though. We need to keep on pushing to improve. The best way to insure wins is through participation. I would love for us to get to the 60 attack mark for this upcoming war, and the ultimate goal is to be in the 70s each war--which is certainly possible.

Thanks

Farm Fresh vs los chidos

Congratulations are in order. We are 3-0! We took down a pretty solid clan to get the win too. los chidos had amassed 17 clan war wins before they took us on. It looks like they will be waiting a while longer for win number 18. What makes this victory even more satisfying is that they had the audacity to try and infiltrate our clan with a spy. That spy proceeded to talk trash, albeit in Spanish, and then leave. After successfully angering Farm Fresh, los chidos took one on the chin. On an aside, I would like to say that there is nothing more satisfying (in clan wars and other games) then humbling the arrogant.

Shawn delivered the most heroic attack and Ali had our most heroic defense. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to three inactives after the war. Lainey, Luis Danilo and Filbert all were shown the door. This only means that our clan is going to be even more effective in upcoming wars! Once again, congrats to all and gear up for the next war.

Farm Fresh vs M.e.e.

So, this was probably the biggest landslide victory in the history of clan wars. We crushed M.e.e. going away with the final count being 96-9. This crushing victory was due in large part to better participation, 43 of 80 attacks used, but mostly the main factor was that the other clan was not active and very, very bad. We still need to improve on participation. 11 people did not use both of their attacks and several more only used one attack. Clan wars are a great way to get loot and participation is very important if we want to win the loot bonus. So get the participation up folks.
